This tensioning fitting can be used for stairways and longer, straight runs of cable where take-up is required to obtain proper tension (see below). The turnbuckle will self-adjust for stairs or angled runs. An Eye Post Assembly is included. Combine the classic turnbuckle with the following fittings based on the length of run:
0-25 feet: Combine with the Fixed Stud
26-75 feet: Combine with the Turnbuckle Stud
Over 75 feet: Combine with another Classic Turnbuckle

These classic turnbuckles are designed to be installed on to wire rope or aircraft cable.
