The C3 is the newest of the precision cable cutting tools coming from FELCO, manufacturer of the world's finest cable cutters. PURPOSE: Manufactured to cut very high tensile strength wires and cable, with less effort and with longer life than the traditional C7 cable cutter. ERGONOMICS: Much less cutting effort than the C7 cutter. Smaller handle opening of five (5) inches gives better fit to smaller hands. The closing spring is softer to allow easier closing of the tool.
